We understand your time is valuable
Therefore, we offer appointments for all our examinations, except for general x-rays. With appointments from 8:30am our reception teams will happily work with you to find the most convenient time for your appointment. As general x-rays do not require an appointment, please do ask our team about projected wait times on your arrival to assist you in managing your day.
Preparing for your appointment
Some examinations require special preparation. You will be guided through the appropriate method for preparing for your examination at the time of making your appointment. Talk to our team about any questions or concerns you may have, and we will work with you to ensure the preparation process is as clear and as comfortable as possible.
You may be asked to provide detail on certain medications or assist us in obtaining a copy of recent pathology results.
What to bring to your appointment:
- Imaging Request form
- Medicare or DVA card
- Centrelink Pension or Concession card
- Workers compensation documentation/approval letters
- Relevant previous imaging if performed at another imaging facility
After the examination
We work with your doctor to ensure that results are delivered using the optimal and most timely delivery methods, including electronic delivery. You may be given a copy of your films to retain and take with you to your next appointment and results will be compiled by our sub-specialised team of Radiologists and sent directly to your healthcare team.
